The Select Drinks Service Team is a collection of dedicated professionals.

The Select Drinks Service Team is a collection of dedicated professionals whose main focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a satisfying and trouble-free experience when using our vending and coffee machines. We carefully monitor the performance of our vending engineers and ensure they receive up to date training on all the latest models and additions to our range.

No Hassle Service

Our emphasis is on teamwork and starts even before a machine is first installed on the premises. A site survey by one of our qualified engineers will ensure the initial installation goes as smoothly as possible. If there are any potential snags such as access to water and electrical points, these can be ironed out beforehand to avoid unnecessary hassle and downtime. On the day of installation our engineers liaise with our customers to ensure the equipment is installed in the correct place at the expected time and with no disruption to the running of their business. The equipment is thoroughly tested and stocked with ingredients to make sure it delivers the perfect beverage. Our engineer/operators will then demonstrate how to operate the equipment to the satisfaction of our customers staff and explain clearly any additional features that may be available. Only when our customers are completely happy will our engineer leave the building!

Fully Operated Service

Coffee RingsIf our customer has opted for our fully operated service, then a dedicated vending operator will call as arranged and at regular intervals to make sure everything is working fine and all machines are fully stocked. All our operators and engineers carry hand-held devices so our Service Desk know in real time the state of play of any service call.

Select Drinks do not use outside contractors and only employ their own operating and engineering staff. This way we can be sure of the integrity and standard of care our customers have come to expect.

SelectCare Programme

Our SelectCare programme is available in many different programmes to suit each individual requirement, but our three most common programme levels are Plus, Plus3 and Plus5.

The Plus level provides basic maintenance cover for your drinks machine. All normal engineering breakdown cover (including callout charges, parts and labour) are included, as well as replacement water filter cartridges. All manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees are incorporated into the programme. We offer an 8 working-hour response to all calls received and logged by our SelectCare Help Desk between 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, not including public or Bank Holidays. All of our response engineers carry manufacturers’ recommended spares, but in the unlikely event that other parts are needed, our Help Desk will ensure they are on site by 9.00 am next day.

Complete Peace of Mind

Peace of MindWe usually recommend Plus3 care, as most drinks machines are complex to look after properly on a regular basis and require specific knowledge and training. SelectCare Plus3 offers complete peace of mind, consisting of the cover offered under Plus, plus 3 set visits per week by a SelectCare operator, who will carry out the procedures below. These visits will be between Monday to Friday and may take place out of hours, if access allows.

We will also provide a £100 compensation credit if your machine is not working for more than 9 hours from the time any service call is logged, unless the circumstances that cause the failure are outside our control eg. power failure, or our invoices have not been paid within the agreed date.

For the ultimate in care, choose our Plus5 package. The SelectCare Plus5 service offers all of the benefits given above under Plus3, with the added features of a daily clean and fill visit from your designated SelectCare operator, and a 4 hour response from the time a service call is logged or £250 compensation credit subject to the same conditions as above.
